The school Bal Vidya Mandir was established by Shanti Nagar Ladies Club, C.B.R.I., Roorkee in the year 1971. The founder of the school was late Mrs. Rajeshwari Mohan, the patron of the club w/o Mr. Dinesh Mohan, Director of C.B.R.I.
The chief aim of the school is to provide a sound education, designed to train it’s pupil for world of tomorrow in the sphere of their activity, be it moral, intellectual or social process. The school achieves this by:
• Helping the student to become mature spiritually oriented people of character, by installing in them the love truth and honour.
• Guiding the student to seek knowledge which leads to the truth through a course of studies adapted to their mental development.
It is an English medium co-education school. Hindi as National language is taught from LKG. Sanskrit as a third language is also taught. We are conducting classes from play group to VIII standard.
